4. Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment online. Some low-value items may be shipped without tracking.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees. Typically, customs duties are only applied to orders with a value above €150.
